What is a Team member?
A Team member is a user who has access to the Cavrnus platform beyond simply joining a Space. They can manage account settings, invite new members, view analytics, and interact with Spaces from the Management Console. This gives them more control compared to Application users.
With a Free plan, you can add an unlimited number of team members to your Cavrnus domain.
What are concurrent users?
Concurrent users are the number of people who are actively using Cavrnus within your organization at the same time. For example, if 10 people are in one Space and 5 people are in another Space at the same time, you have 15 total concurrent users.
The Cavrnus Pro subscription includes 10 concurrent users. You can add more at any time for $8 per user/month (billed annually). If you require a large number of users, please contact our sales team for a custom enterprise plan.
What is my Cavrnus domain?
Your Cavrnus domain (example.cavrn.us) is the unique custom URL where all of your spaces and users are hosted. If you're not already part of a domain, you will be required to create one when you sign up for Cavrnus.
You only need one domain for your entire organization, and you can add unlimited team members within that domain from your Management Console.
