Key information on pre-requisites to set up Cavrnus Cloud and Private Cloud installations.

For CavrnusTM Cloud and Private Cloud installations

Client’s external firewall should allow the following network settings:
  • Open TCP port 443 (HTTPS) for hostnames:
  • *.cavrn.us
  • *.rtc.cavrn.us
  • content-cavrnus-server-prod.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com
  • content-cavrnus-server-prod-apnortheast1.s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com

For On-Premises installations

Client’s internal firewall should allow the following default network settings:

4000 SERVER_PORT
9090 ADMIN_PORT
8080 CUSTOMER_PORT
8081 LIVESWITCH_PORT
9091 LIVESWITCHADMIN_PORT
49152-65535 RTC media

These ports can be modified on installation to address conflicts with existing port settings.
